-
E2CCB’s commitment to high-quality learning environments for our students will be reflected in facilities improvements to ensure:
- Safety for students and staff
- Accessibility for all individuals
- Sufficient space for program needs
The Board will tour each of our educational facilities to support these aims.
-
E2CCB will continue the implementation of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Plan, including continued policy and Code of Conduct revisions by the Board of Education, striving for these elements:
- A welcoming and affirming environment for all individuals
- Inclusive curriculum and assessment
- High expectations and rigorous instruction
- Ongoing professional learning and support
-
In partnership with our component districts, E2CCB will innovate and/or expand with new specialized programs and enhanced alignment to future workforce and industry needs, including new and emerging technologies, expanded literacy and access to higher education for students.
-
Programs supporting Mental Health, Safety, and a Culture of Belonging for all staff and students will continue to be developed within E2CCB campuses and sites, as well as for our component districts. This work will include training of staff regarding restorative practices in order to teach students to build community, improve relationships, and resolve conflict.
As a practice philosophy, we strive for a culture of continual improvement, aligned to our organization’s purpose, using goals, data, evidence, and high-quality standards across our campuses, programs, and sites. Our programs, collaboration, and external and internal partnerships will demonstrate E2CCB’s Habits and regional impact on human and economic development.
