E2CCB Participates In Supporting Women In Leadership Conference
In July, E2CCB partnered with The Council’s Women’s Initiative, LEAF, The Council of School Superintendents, and Buffalo Public Schools to host the impactful Supporting Women in Leadership Conference at the Westin in Buffalo.
The conference focused on supporting women leaders in education, identifying emerging talent, and closing the gap between the 77% of women in the teaching workforce and the only 27% in superintendent roles.
Together, we’re paving the way for a brighter, more inclusive future in educational leadership.
