E2CCB Pursues Building Improvements at The Academy at Maple Avenue

CASSADAGA – Since 2019 E2CCB has leased space at 175 Maple Ave in Cassadaga, where it provides educational and school programs for students as the Academy at Maple Avenue. 

E2CCB, in consultation with reputable and trusted experts, has determined the current state of the HVAC system is such that it is no longer economical to repair and needs to be replaced. To avoid any potential disruption to E2CCB’s educational program at this location, the condition of the HVAC system has been brought to the property owner’s attention and E2CCB remains optimistic that the issues with the HVAC system can be resolved while limiting any disruption to staff and students.
